We prepare design documentation so that it passes the examination – the first time and without stress
An expert review is the final quality check of a project before construction.
To obtain a permit, the documentation must comply with regulations, GOSTs, SPs, safety requirements, cost estimates, and regional legislation.
We support the project at all stages of interaction with the expert review , addressing any issues and preparing the documentation so that experts accept it without further ado.
What we do
1. Preliminary verification of documentation (pre-examination)
We analyze the project before submission: we check for compliance with all applicable standards, design documentation and construction documentation requirements, cost estimates, energy efficiency, fire safety, occupational health and safety, and other regulations.
We identify weaknesses and prevent common mistakes.
2. Collection of a complete set of documents
We prepare everything required for the expert review: explanatory notes, consolidated solutions, engineering calculations, a BIM model if necessary, estimates, bills of quantities, approvals, material passports, etc.
3. Submitting the project for examination
We prepare a package in the established format (PDF, XML, IFC, statements in the required templates).
We submit the documentation for state or non-state expert review, depending on the client’s requirements and the specifics of the project.
4. Working with experts’ comments
Experts always find issues—the only question is how quickly and effectively they can be addressed.
We interact with them directly, clarify requirements, make adjustments, and resubmit updated materials.
5. Protection of design solutions
If the expert panel raises questions, we explain the rationale behind the decisions, provide calculations, visualizations, BIM fragments, and feasibility studies.
Essentially, we participate in the project’s defense on behalf of the client.
6. Obtaining a positive conclusion
The project is undergoing expert review and is ready to receive a building permit.
What does the customer receive?
— documented project compliance with all standards;
— reduced risk of protracted rework;
— time and money savings through competent support;
— timely receipt of the necessary construction report;
— confidence that the project won’t be stalled during the expert review due to formal errors.
How we work
-
Analysis of source documentation
We assess the project's readiness, identify inconsistencies, and determine what needs to be corrected.
-
Preparing the kit for submission
We create a complete package: design documentation, calculations, estimates, BIM data, statements, and approvals.
-
Submission to the examination
We transfer documents through the examination system, monitor statuses, and ensure file accuracy.
-
Working with comments
We receive comments from experts, correct, clarify, make edits, and resubmit.
-
Final check and approval
Latest clarifications, answers to questions, and provision of additional materials are available upon request from experts.
-
Positive conclusion
The review is complete. The project is officially ready for implementation.
