Accurate digital site surveying for design, reconstruction, and construction supervision
3D laser scanning is a fast and highly accurate way to capture the actual geometry of a building, site, or utility systems . The result is a dense point cloud that reflects the object in its real state with millimeter accuracy.
This data becomes a reliable basis for design, BIM modeling, reconstruction, and technical inspection.
Why is laser scanning necessary?
1. Precise geometry without manual measurements.
No engineer with a tape measure can provide this level of detail. A laser captures everything: dimensions, deformations, deviations, and hidden areas.
2. An up-to-date basis for the BIM model.
The point cloud is transformed into a correct 3D model, which accurately supports the architecture, structure, and engineering systems.
3. Inspection of existing structures before reconstruction.
You can see in advance any discrepancies with the design, problem areas, and the condition of load-bearing elements.
4. Comparison of the construction site with the project.
Scanning “stage by stage” allows for the identification of deviations, installation errors, and technology violations.
5. Accelerate approvals and assessments.
Actual geometry eliminates ambiguity—all participants work with verified data.
How we work
1. Survey of the object
We travel to the site, select equipment installation locations, and perform a full scan of the building, grounds, or utility systems.
2. Data processing
We create a single point cloud, remove noise, combine scans, and set coordinates and references.
3. Issuing the model and reports
We provide the client with a point cloud, 3D model, cross-sections, sections, thermal deviation maps, or fully prepared material for BIM design.
What does the customer receive?
— precise object measurements with millimeter accuracy;
— a ready-made basis for a BIM model and design documentation;
— minimizing the risk of errors, rework, and conflicts on the construction site;
— the ability to control geometry at any stage of construction;
— expedited inspections, reconstruction, and expert assessments.
