Our approach to design
1) Design based on data, not assumptions
Every project begins with the collection of accurate information—drawings, standards, specifications, surveys, and laser scanning. Instead of outdated data, we use real geometric models—point clouds, drones, measurements, and monitoring.
2) A complete digital model (BIM) is the core of the entire project
We create not a picture, but a digital twin (LOD 200–400), in which:
— precise geometry
— materials and characteristics
— utility networks
— equipment
— cost (5D)
— terms (4D)
— operation (6D)
This ensures absolute precision and avoids rework.
3) Integration of engineering calculations into the model
We perform calculations in LIRA-SAPR, combining them with a BIM model:
— static and dynamic calculations
— checking of nodes
— searching for critical rods
— load analysis
— visualization of calculation results
As a result, the project is not just beautiful – it works under load.
4) Identification and elimination of conflicts before construction
We check for intersections between:
— sections of the AS/KZ/KM/TH/KIPiA/OV/VK/ES
— engineering networks
— equipment
— the old and new parts of the facility (during reconstruction)
Before going to site, the customer receives the project without any conflicts.
5) Documentation that is fully related to the model
Drawings, specifications, statements, and calculations are all generated automatically from the model.
This eliminates errors, speeds up approvals, and makes the project transparent.
6) Project support and author’s supervision
We manage the model from start to construction and beyond, providing monitoring, updates, consultations, and technical supervision.

How we work

Collection of initial data and technical specifications
Our engineers review drawings, plans, standards, and the client's requests. We determine the project's objectives, scope of work, BIM requirements, and levels of detail. We then create the foundation for the future digital model.

Examination and laser scanning
A team of specialists visits the site. We perform 3D laser scanning, aerial photography, and structural inspection. We create a point cloud and verify the actual data against the documentation.

Data processing and 3D model construction
The point cloud is cleaned, aligned, and georeferenced. Based on this data, we create precise geometry, equipment, and utility systems. We perform collision analysis and node refinement.

Development of a comprehensive BIM model (3D/4D/5D)
We create a complete digital twin. We link construction timelines (4D) and costs (5D) to the model. We also create a logical structure for the facility.

Engineering calculations and verification of solutions
We integrate the model into LIRA-SAPR. We perform static and dynamic calculations, check joints, loads, and deformations, and make adjustments to the design.

Preparation of design documentation
We generate drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, estimates, and explanatory notes. All documents are linked to the model and are error-free.

Approvals and examinations
We prepare the package for examination, support the process, correct any discrepancies, and ensure a complete review.

We deliver the complete BIM model and documentation. We provide support, consultations, and implementation oversight.
